HOW DO I RETURN?

• To initiate a return, please email us at contact@melkyana.com with your order number, and we will book the courier service for the return.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygienic seals attached to be eligible for a refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and once we receive and approve the returned items, we will process the refund in 7-10 business days.

 

UAE & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

• We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached to the item as purchased. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return conditions.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
• Items bought on sale cannot be returned, can only be exchanged.

  

UAE & INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

• If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please return the original item to us in its original condition, and we will send you the desired size at no additional cost.
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different style that has a different price, you will need to return the original item for a refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days of us receiving the returned item(s). All tags and hygienic seals must be attached to the item as purchased. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return conditions.
